We raise capital for early stage and
mid-market companies. We bring a network of Relationships with VCs, Private Equity funds and Family offices.
For early stage deals, we source capital from Family offices and our network of HNW individuals.
Strategic Advice
Growth: we help formulate growth strategies, road maps and translate them into executable Business plans etc. We also work with finance teams to set-up their MIS and financial processes.
M&A and Valuations advice helps Promoters to take strategic decisions at fund raising, acquisitions or at Exit. We hand hold Promoters as they acquire companies.
Portfolio health: we help VCs, Investors in taking stock of their portfolio companies.
Mentoring
With decades of Private equity experience, we mentor promoters. Also work as an Independent Board member, Advisor etc.

The Team
Jabez Muthyala started Riverflo in 2008. He has more than 23 years experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital. Prior to founding Riverflo, he was an Investment professional with Actis, an Emerging markets fund investing across industries. Before that he was a Business Development Manager for Finacle at Infosys. At Finacle, he opened one of the largest markets for Finacle in West Africa.
He is an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a B.Tech in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Osmania University.
He is a classical pianist. Also works with local governance and civic bodies to bring about a better Bangalore.
Team includes Vice-President who is a Tech Entrepreneur who built and mentored start ups and analysts with practical experience.
